2007-2008 MEMBERSHIP CATEGORIES & BENEFITS
General Membership $75
A Regular member of the Organization shall be anyone who has paid annual dues and serves as a Director, Coordinator, or professional staff member of a cultural center or program in higher education.
- Fall and Spring Meetings, and Retreat Fee Waived
- Reduced fee for CaCCCHE sponsored trainings
- Co-sponsorship with CaCCCHE on speakers and events
- May serve on CaCCCHE Executive Committee
- All voting rights and privileges
Associate/Alumni Membership $50
An Associate/Alumni member of the Organization shall be anyone who has paid the annual dues and who supports the vision, mission, and goals of the Organization. In addition, Associate membership requires the following:
a. Currently undertaking initiatives to establish a cultural center or program.
b. Research, study, or professional position that contributes to and supports the work of cultural centers in higher education.
- Fall and Spring Meetings Waived, Retreat Fee Reduced to $50
- Professional development and training opportunities
- Serve as a member of standing and ad-hoc committees
Graduate Student Membership $50
A Graduate Student member of the Organization shall be anyone who has paid the annual dues and is an undergraduate or graduate student working in a cultural center or program in higher education.
- Fall and Spring Meetings and Retreat Fee Waived
- Professional development and training opportunities
- Serve as a member of standing and ad-hoc committees
Undergraduate Student Membership $0
An Undergraduate Student member of the Organization shall be anyone who has paid the annual dues and is an undergraduate or graduate student working in a cultural center or program in higher education.
- Fall and Spring Meetings only
- Professional development and training opportunities
- Serve as a member of standing and ad-hoc committees
Institutional Membership $500
An Institutional member of the Organization shall be any institution or department within higher education that supports the mission and goals of the Organization.
- Two individual memberships
- One consultation or presentation at their campus with fee waived (institution responsible for transportation and lodging, if necessary)
- Additional consultations or presentations at a reduced fee for up to two years
- Access to CaCCCHE created property
- Attendance for two individuals at annual retreat with fee waived
- Recognition in CaCCCHE publications
Non-Member Meeting Fees
- Fall Meeting $25
- Spring Meeting $25
- Summer Retreat $100
Note: Membership fees must be received by the final day of the Spring meeting to register for the Summer Retreat at no cost.
