The Advocacy committee gathers and distributes information, data, models, and other materials related to cultural centers; assists in clarifying and articulating relevant issues; maintains and develops relationships with colleges and universities, community groups, K-12, businesses, and advocates on behalf of diversity initiatives within the Organization and its affiliates.
The Development committee secures funding through foundations, grants, and other sources; establishes membership categories with varying fees; and generates operating funds through fee-based programs and consulting services.
The Networking committee sponsors professional development activities; publishes and distributes materials; and develops and maintains an organization website.
