CaCCCHE has reserved a block of rooms for the retreat at the ATRIUM Hotel in Irvine, CA. To make your reservation, please call 949-833-2770 and ask for Reservations. When you speak with Reservations, ask the agent for the UCI corporate rate for the nights you are staying and be sure to let them know that you are attending a conference at the University of California, Irvine. We do have a block of rooms for the retreat. It is CRITICAL that you must CALL to take advantage of the rate and be sure to ask for the UCI corporate rate for any of the nights of July 15-19th to get this rate. You cannot get this rate on-line. You must call to get the rate of $104 plus tax. After you make your reservation, you can ask them to FAX a confirmation of the reservation directly to you. They can not email the confirmation.

You can request either a SINGLE KING SIZE BED or 2 DOUBLE BEDS with this rate. If you want 2 Queen Beds, they have very limited availability for the same rate, so be sure to call ASAP.

The rate includes, a FREE Breakfast for up to to 2 people per room (upon check in, the front desk will issue 2 coupons per room per day for breakfast), a complimentary Orange County airport shuttle, and a complimentary shuttle within a 3 mile radius (based upon availability). The hotel has only one van available. If there is a high demand for the van at a given time, the wait time can take anywhere from 15 minute to 1 hour wait time for the shuttle.
